Are U My Writing Buddy?

Over the upcoming weeks I want to introduce you to my four new writing partners, and yes they do have four legs and are covered in fur.

First up is Solomon Sebastian Young. He is a Cane Corso/ Retriever Mix. He is an intelligent boy who loves being petted by his people.

I first met when I went to his first family's home to see if we got along. Lo and behold, we did. He was friendly and happy to be around me. I wasn’t so sure at first and wanted to make certain I was making the right decision. After all, my initial plan was to foster a dog. Not take one home to keep forever.

So I went home. Discussed it with my family and slept on it. Then I woke up and got my dog.

Which turned out to be a good thing because his original family was leaving the country and if I hadn’t gotten him he would’ve gone to one of their family friends. I just knew if he did I would never see him again. 

So I went up, got him, all of his stuff and brought him and it home. I had already purchased a kennel, bowl and some doggy beds (They were actually for the dogs that I had intended to foster but that didn’t happen). I introduced him to his brother’s Papito and Benni. He wasn’t a fan. Or should I say he was too interested and kind of hungry.

It took a while but now he loves his brother Benni. Is learning to love his sister Kitty and figured out that Papito’s poop tasted much better than he ever would. Think of that what you may. 

He is my big baby. Who is loved by all of my family and friends.
